AutoSaber conducts all customer service communications in English. We are not currently able to guarantee responses in any other language, though we will endeavour to accommodate requests where possible.
Complaints Procedure
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your AutoSaber experience, we encourage you to contact us at admin@loyala.com in the first instance, clearly describing the issue and what you would like us to do to resolve it. We will:
- Acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days
- Aim to resolve it fully within 14 calendar days
- Keep you updated if a resolution requires more time
If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may escalate it to one of the following organisations:
- Citizens Advice (UK): citizensadvice.org.uk or 0808 223 1133 — for general consumer rights advice and Trading Standards referrals
- Information Commissioner's Office (ICO): ico.org.uk — for data protection and privacy complaints
