Shipping policy

AutoSaber ships its products from supplier warehouses located in the People's Republic of China to customers across the world. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order so you understand what to expect regarding delivery.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email when payment is successfully processed, and a second email containing your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
During periods of high demand (such as sale events), processing times may be slightly longer. We will endeavour to notify you of any significant delays.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
The timeframes below are good-faith estimates based on typical transit times. They are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, courier capacity, public holidays, and circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and the weight of your order. All applicable shipping charges are displayed clearly before you confirm your order, in compliance with Regulation 13 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
We reserve the right to amend shipping rates at any time. Any changes to shipping costs will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Order Tracking
All AutoSaber orders include tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to the relevant courier's tracking page. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your dispatch confirmation for tracking information to appear on the courier's system. AutoSaber is not responsible for inaccuracies or delays in tracking updates caused by the courier.
Customs, Import Duties, and Taxes
AutoSaber ships internationally from China. Depending on your country of residence and the value of your order, your delivery may be subject to:
- Customs duties and import taxes levied by your country's customs authority
- Value-added tax (VAT) or goods and services tax (GST)
- Customs handling or brokerage fees charged by the carrier
These charges are entirely outside AutoSaber's control and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. AutoSaber has no ability to predict, estimate, or cap these charges, as they vary by country, product category, and order value. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering if you have concerns.
AutoSaber is required by law to declare the full and accurate commercial value of goods on all customs documentation. We will not falsify customs declarations, undervalue goods, or mark packages as "gifts" to avoid customs duties. Requests to do so will not be accommodated. Falsifying customs documentation is a criminal offence under the laws of most jurisdictions.
AutoSaber accepts no liability for delays or additional costs arising from customs inspections, clearance procedures, or the seizure of goods by customs authorities.
Failed Deliveries and Uncollected Parcels
If a delivery attempt fails because you were not available, and you do not collect the parcel from a courier depot or arrange redelivery within the timeframe set by the courier, the parcel may be returned to us. In this event:
- We will contact you to arrange a second delivery attempt; additional shipping fees may apply
- If you do not respond within 14 days of our contact, we may treat the order as cancelled and issue a refund minus the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees we have incurred
It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery address is correct and that someone is available to receive the package or that a suitable delivery arrangement is in place.
Lost or Undelivered Parcels
If your tracking information shows "delivered" but you have not received your parcel, please take the following steps:
- Check with neighbours and any secure parcel collection points at your address
- Contact the courier directly using your tracking number to raise a missing delivery report
- Contact us at admin@loyala.com if the courier is unable to locate your parcel
AutoSaber will investigate all reports of non-delivery. Where a parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion. We are unable to issue refunds or replacements where the courier has confirmed delivery to the correct address and there is no evidence of theft, misdelivery, or error on the courier's part.
AutoSaber is not responsible for parcels stolen after delivery to the correct address.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs of the packaging and the damaged product before opening it fully, and contact us at admin@loyala.com immediately. We will assess the damage and arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy and your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Risk of Loss
Once AutoSaber transfers your goods to the carrier for delivery, title and risk of loss passes to you. This means that if goods are lost, damaged, or delayed in transit after they have been handed to the carrier, our primary remedy to you is through the courier's own liability framework and our goods-in-transit arrangements, not a general liability on AutoSaber's part beyond the remedies described in this policy.
Restricted Destinations
AutoSaber does not ship to destinations subject to international trade sanctions or comprehensive export controls, including destinations designated by the United Nations Security Council, the UK Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation (OFSI), or applicable UK export control legislation. Orders placed for delivery to restricted destinations will be cancelled and fully refunded.
